Famyananta Capital Investment Private Limited (FACIPL) being the Settlor has established a TRUST under the Indian Trust Act 1882 named \u2018ANANTA CAPITAL VENTURES\u2019 to manage Alternative Investment Funds. M\/s. MITCON CREDENTIAL TRUSTEESHIP SERVICES LTD [MCTSL) serves as the Trustee while FACIPL acts as the appointed Investment Manager for the Fund.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t

\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\tANANTA CAPITAL VENTURES\u2019 is registered as \u201cCat II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF)\u201d with SEBI having Registration No: IN\/AIF2\/22-23\/1093 and has launched its Scheme in the name of \u201cANANTA CAPITAL VENTURES FUND 1\u201d to invest in both Listed and Unlisted Equities. FACIPL (the Investment Manager) has formed the Investment Committee for the Trust led by \u2018Mr. Lovkesh Kapoor and Mr. Ronak Kumar R. Modi\u2019 overseas the management of the Fund. Additionally, Mr. Ronak Kumar R.
