Famyananta Capital Investment Private Limited (FACIPL),

formerly known as Silverson Trading Company Private Limited, is an investment management firm registered under the Indian Companies Act of 1956. As the investment manager for Ananta Capital Ventures Fund 1, a Cat II SEBI-registered Alternative Investment Fund, we provide growth-driven investment solutions. Trust & Fund Management

Famyananta Capital Investment Private Limited (FACIPL) being the Settlor has established a TRUST under the Indian Trust Act 1882 named ‘ANANTA CAPITAL VENTURES’ to manage Alternative Investment Funds. M/s. MITCON CREDENTIAL TRUSTEESHIP SERVICES LTD [MCTSL) serves as the Trustee while FACIPL acts as the appointed Investment Manager for the Fund.

ANANTA CAPITAL VENTURES’ is registered as “Cat II Alternative Investment Fund (AIF)” with SEBI having Registration No: IN/AIF2/22-23/1093 and has launched its Scheme in the name of “ANANTA CAPITAL VENTURES FUND 1” to invest in both Listed and Unlisted Equities. FACIPL (the Investment Manager) has formed the Investment Committee for the Trust led by ‘Mr. Lovkesh Kapoor and Mr. Ronak Kumar R. Modi’ overseas the management of the Fund. Additionally, Mr. Ronak Kumar R. Modi, serves as the ‘Compliance Officer’ and Mr. Pranav Purushottam Singi as ‘Nodal Officer’ for the Trust.

In brief the Objects of the FACIPL are:

  • To carry on the business of raising or acquiring funds for and managing mutual funds, investment funds including but not limited to growth fund, capital funds venture capital funds, offshore funds, pension funds, provident funds, insurance funds, charitable trusts, unit trusts or consortium and to act as managers, consultants, advisors, administrators, attorneys, agents or representative of mutual funds, venture capital funds, offshore funds, pension funds, provident funds, insurance funds or any other funds of third party formed or established in India or elsewhere by the Company.
  • To carry on the business of an investment company and to undertake and transact the business to invest, buy, sell, underwrite, transfer, all type of securities including but not limited to Shares, Debentures, whether perpetual or redeemable debentures, debenture stock, warrants, bonds, inter corporate deposit certificates, commercial papers, commodities and other similar instruments.

  • Short term, medium term and long term financing.
  • Receivable financing, asset financing, refinancing, corporate financing, dealer financing, intermediary financing, working capital financing, project financing,
